The Coalition’s work is based on:

• The practical possibilities of family life demonstrated for children with all kinds of disabilities in Pennsylvania and elsewhere

• Pennsylvania’s long history of leadership in community supports for individuals with disabilities

• The effectiveness of working together proactively for change
